WELCOME to my very first card in my very first series! I'm so excited to share this with you all! Check out the process video for some more specifics but I wanted to share on here, what trials I had to go through to get that curtain to work out. I had the front panel done (without the curtain) and thought it was far too plain so off I went with my "big" idea! HA! I don't know about you, but I have a gazillion types of ribbon; the most random assortment of ribbon you could ever see! And

Here we go with Card #3 in the Series this month! I wanted to brighten it up a bit and who can resist a shaker card when it comes to sending an encouragement card? This card was so much fun to make and actually not as time consuming as it might look. Once I stamped the umbrellas all over and heat embossed them, it was on to some distress inking with the emboss resist technique. Very easy to blend these inks on watercolored paper. Of course I love coloring so as I sat down for a little bit
